Week 15 - all smiles
The 100 year rains continue!
February 25 - Mike turns 35...are we really that old?
February 23 - Colin turns over from front to back
17 weeks, 5 days
Seriously daddy, what are you doing to my hair?
So, the last month has been laid back and ridiculously harried all at the same time. We have had rain, rain, rain...as you can see in the rain gear posts. We had Colin turning over on February 23rd (16 weeks) from his front to his back. He is trying to sit up now with very little luck. His hair is falling out just like Kaitlyn's did. (it looks a mess!!!) He still giggles and grins...even when he is on his back at 3 in the morning waiting for me to turn him back over to go to sleep. He is desperately trying to take his pacifier and consequently put it back in all by himself. (can't wait for this skill to be mastered)
We have had school, rain, Mommy time, sickness, allergies, Jimmy Buffet Concert, Mike's 35th birthday, Bathtime with all 3 children at the same time, lots of pizza, Friends moving away, Ryan finally making the transition to a twin bed(we just never moved him out of the toddler bed), lots of showings on the house, lots of LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your house-but hate your yard comments too, lots of discouraging moments, great series at church about "Running with the Giants", good talks on the phone, excitement about spring, and then the letdown of spring that MY WHOLE FAMILY seems to have seasonal allergies (except me) and they are MISERABLE during my favorite season of all time, and finally - Mike moving to SC. So, like I said, there has been a lot of just normal time and yet, a lifetime of changes all in a matter of a few short weeks. Can't wait to sell this house and MOVE ON!!!
