This was our Christmas. We celebrated on Tuesday morning, December 21 this year. The children got their stockings and their presents from Mommy and Daddy before we left for South Carolina. It was a fun morning and Ryan loved what he got. He opened a Lego car, a Batman figurine, The Bat Cave, some DVD's, T-shirts and a couple of Backyardigan dolls. He was thrilled - especially with the BatCave. We had to take it to SC with us because we just couldn't leave it here.
Kaitlyn was happy to be in the middle of things, but could have cared less about her gifts. She jumped for a while in the jumperoo and then got down to open her 2 gifts - I know, awful parents we are in only giving her 2 presents!! She enjoyed her little singing purse though. And she and Ryan had a lot of fun fighting over who got to put things into and take things out of it that morning.
I ended up getting a kitchenaid mixer...I WAS THRILLED!!! I never thought I would get one. Mike definitely surprised me....what a wonderful treat. We have already decided that Kitchenaid just makes things taste better. :)
